AffStackDev Image Manager / Automation & tools
Make a reviewed workflow repeatable.
Opt into future public uploads and page rechecks, follow saved progress and use the same actions through enhanced controls or normal WordPress forms.

Explore Image Manager
Open the interactive workspace and try the controls.
Choose what starts automatically
Future uploads
Queue eligible new images after they gain a supported public association. Uploading a private file alone does not make it eligible for public optimization.
Page and theme rechecks
Recheck supported public page saves and active-theme ZIP updates using Home, Shop and known permitted links. Requests are combined into bounded work.
Start with a small manual run and a reviewed policy. Enable only the automatic sources that fit your site. Custom page builders, option changes and direct filesystem edits may need a manual check.
Make repeat work deliberate
- Choose a trigger
Enable the automatic work you want.
- Process a batch
Use the host’s available processing capability.
- Inspect progress
Resume, pause or review the recorded result.
- Check the page
Confirm the chosen delivery in the browser.

Keep long work visible
Optimization runs save progress between requests. Pause, resume or stop from the workspace, and use Process here now when you want to advance saved work from the current session.
Background processing uses the site’s WordPress scheduling environment. In Tools, Run background check gives you a concrete result for that environment. A low-traffic site may need its host’s normal scheduling setup for regular unattended work.
Use the interface that fits your administration
Enhanced workspace
Use partial navigation and live progress to move through media and results while keeping the current context.
Standard forms
Turn off enhanced navigation and live progress to use normal page requests. A compatible Suite preference for PHP presentation takes precedence.
Find the useful checks in Tools
Review image-encoder support, private storage, ZIP support, PDF capability and other feature requirements before planning a large job. Activity, scan records and diagnostics provide context when a task is skipped or interrupted.
After a timeout, reopen the workspace and inspect the saved state before repeating the action. Background jobs and remote transfers keep their own progress; simply browsing the Library does not start them.
