A useful view of your rules
Overview
See whether the engine is enabled, how many rules are saved and enabled, and which overlap strategy is selected. Jump directly to a rule, simulation or integration settings.
Rules
Review names, revisions, Draft or Enabled state, adjustments and priorities. Open an existing rule or duplicate it as a separate draft.
Simulator
Use saved rules to compare eligible unit prices and inspect why an offer wins, loses or is withheld. Include saved drafts when preparing a new promotion.
Settings & integrations
Choose the overlap strategy, customer eligibility policy and cart offer labels. Review the detected audience and pricing owners.
Draft first, enable when ready
A fresh installation starts with the pricing engine paused. New and duplicated rules start as drafts. Simulation is available while the engine is paused, so you can save and inspect offers before they affect customers.
Enable both the engine and the saved rule to apply live discounts. A future start time still holds an enabled rule until its scheduled window. Turn a rule back into a draft to stop that offer, or pause the engine to stop all Dynamic Pricing offers.
Keep edits under control
Each saved edit advances the rule revision. If someone else saves a newer version, your stale edit is not applied over it. Use Open saved version to compare the current record with your retained input and reapply the intended change.
Duplicate as draft creates an independent rule with its own identity. Existing order items keep the rule and revision that priced the purchase.
Use the interface that fits your site
Normal WordPress forms handle creation, saving, lookup and export. Enhanced navigation adds in-place results when your preference and the Suite policy allow it.
Export configuration downloads the saved rules and settings as readable JSON. Keep a database-and-files backup for full recovery. An export can be imported again: after a preview its rules arrive as paused drafts, without settings or history.
