The buyer’s checkout path
- Open the current unexpired staff offer as its approved business owner.
- Accept the exact offer revision and load its complete basket.
- Review billing and delivery addresses, choose available delivery and update the total.
- Accept the payable total, including tax and permitted adjustments.
- Continue to WooCommerce checkout and complete payment using an available method.
Keep the agreed basket intact
Quoted unit amounts replace normal business price-book pricing for that complete quote. Adding extra items, changing quantities, losing account eligibility or using an expired offer requires a fresh review.
Quoted contract lines do not receive consumer campaigns or additional promotional discounts. Legitimate Store Credit can redeem through its own rules and becomes part of the accepted total.
Delivery and tax stay visible
Use current WooCommerce delivery options or a fixed agreed delivery amount for a single shipping package. WooCommerce calculates delivery tax. The buyer reviews the final addresses, shipping and payable total before checkout.
If an accepted amount or address changes, return to the quote and approve the new total. A quote request or acceptance does not reserve stock.
Retry payment on the existing order
After conversion, View the order opens the quote’s order. If payment remains outstanding, use Pay this existing order rather than converting the quote again.
An unchanged converted order can remain payable after the original offer expires. A changed order total, address or missing acceptance needs a reviewed replacement.
Quoted purchases use ordinary simple products and exact variations in one store currency. Configure and check the actual gateway and checkout combination you use.
