Choose how quantity changes the price
Volume pricing
Apply the qualifying band’s rate to every eligible unit. Count each exact product, variations of a parent, or all matching products.
Graduated pricing
Keep each band’s rate for its units. A blended unit price carries the combined amount into WooCommerce. Graduated rules count each exact product or variation separately.
Flexible price methods
Choose an exact unit amount, percentage off or amount off. Target a product, a variation, a category and its descendants, or ordinary products across the catalog.
Deliberate exclusions
Exclude selected products and categories. Protected lines keep their owner’s pricing and do not qualify for business book adjustments.

Prepare, schedule and pause
Create a draft, add rules and review the terms before activating it. Set optional start and end times in UTC and a priority, with lower numbers winning. Active books for the same audience need distinct priorities when their dates overlap.
Pause a book to stop applying it while keeping its history. Editing an active book publishes new terms immediately whenever its schedule permits.
Control adjustments around the unit price
- Add one qualifying cart percentage based on eligible units or merchandise value after unit pricing.
- Assign a business-specific amount to an existing WooCommerce coupon for the book’s audience. Buyers still choose to apply the coupon.
- Lock rule-priced contract lines against further B2B cart discounts and promotional coupons. Genuine Store Credit keeps its separate redemption rules.
- Optionally show an accurate regular or merchant reference price. Quantity-dependent prices are resolved against the basket.
Import, review and recover
Import product and quantity rules from CSV, review the result, then publish the complete change. Invalid rows reject the import rather than partially changing the book. A book supports up to 200 rules with 20 bands per rule.
Version history retains published edits. Restoring an earlier version creates a new one; it does not erase later history or extend an expired schedule.
