Keep earlier answers meaningful
Published form changes apply to new or resubmitted applications. Stored answers retain their original labels.
Private supporting documents
Collect PDF, JPEG or PNG originals up to 2 MB each, with up to three document fields. Authorized staff and the exact account owner use private download links. Originals stay with B2B records rather than appearing in the public Media Library.
Staff can explicitly remove an original while keeping an activity record and unavailable-document marker. File checks confirm supported format, not the applicant’s business credentials.
Reuse billing details with the buyer’s permission
Map suitable application answers to WooCommerce billing fields and offer a separate billing-copy action after submission. The buyer reviews and accepts the proposed details.
Existing billing values stay intact. An address that is already partly filled is not merged with another address. Shipping details, login credentials and payment information remain in their own WooCommerce workflows.
Practical form controls
Publish up to 200 application fields, including up to three private-document fields. Conditional questions can follow earlier questions in a chain. With JavaScript disabled, an Update questions action refreshes the visible form before submission.
Create and review the form as both a buyer and staff member before inviting applications.
