Review the change before publishing it

Most configuration editors use Review changes followed by Publish these changes. The review shows the proposed result; publishing saves it. If another staff member changes the record first, reload and review the current values.

Price-book edits create a history version. Restore earlier terms by reviewing that version and publishing a new one, keeping the history intact.

Choose the administration experience

Optional enhanced navigation makes moving between screens and reviewing changes smoother. Ordinary WordPress forms remain available with JavaScript disabled. The Suite’s global interface preference takes priority.

Staff need WooCommerce management permission. Publishing a signup or quote page also requires permission to publish pages. Buyer approval does not grant administration access.
