An inventory that explains the source.

Each discovered definition identifies the type of email, its source, trigger summary, intended audience and available operations. Native state, UEM pause state and effective state help explain why a notification can or cannot send.

The inventory follows the installed sources, including additional email types registered by WooCommerce extensions. Refresh discovery to update this view without changing orders, customers or the source settings.

Native managed

Use the controls exposed by the source’s supported interface. One email may offer more editable fields than another.

Interceptable

Use the declared controls on a recognized send path, even when the source does not provide a complete native editor.

Observed or unmanaged

See supported observations and native settings links where a safe editing or pause interface is not available.

Edit what the source supports.

For supported WooCommerce emails, available fields can include enabled state, subject, heading, additional content, recipients, format, CC, BCC and preheader. Changes are saved to the email’s native settings rather than a competing configuration.

Curated WordPress notifications include account registration, password reset/change, user email changes and the administrator email-change notice. Select which supported fields to override and leave the others native. Removing a UEM override restores the source’s current behavior.

Protected security-message overrides retain the required native-message token. Native settings links keep advanced source-owned template work in the correct plugin; UEM does not rewrite another plugin’s PHP files.

Pausing is different from disabling.

Temporary control

Choose an indefinite pause, one hour, four hours, 24 hours, three days, seven days or a future time in the site timezone.

The right scope

Target a definition, a deterministic source or manageable non-critical email. Including protected account/security messages requires an explicit choice.

Predictable resumption

An expired pause stops suppressing supported sends. It does not reconstruct every source event or resend all notifications missed during the pause.

Removing one pause does not clear another broader matching pause, and a native-disabled source stays disabled. Unidentified or externally sent traffic is not indiscriminately stopped.

Preview first. Send a controlled test separately.

Where a safe method exists, preview supported rendered content using authorized sample context without changing an order, payment or account event. A test requires an explicit permitted mailbox and removes the source’s ordinary recipients from supported test paths.

Tests still use your configured mail transport. Inspect the recipient mailbox or provider feedback separately from local acceptance. Some source emails cannot be previewed safely with the context available; use their native settings and tools in that case.

Make email part of a connected customer experience.

Bring supported site notifications and the additional messages you create into one organized workspace. Keep your existing mail connection, choose the workflows that fit your store, and stay in control of who receives them.
