Unified Email Manager / Marketing & Automation
Create the next message—not another copy of the original.
Add purposeful communication after supported events, across customer follow-ups, to reviewed audiences and around eligible abandoned carts. The paid workspace keeps preparation separate from live sending.

One workspace. Several distinct workflows.
Event Emails
An additional message after a supported event, with its own recipient rule, purpose and delay.
Sequences
Ordered steps with customer/order eligibility, repeat controls and individual progress.
Newsletters & Campaigns
A saved audience and reviewed message authorized for a bounded scheduled run.
Abandoned Carts
Consent-based native-cart capture, reminders and explicit customer restoration.
Campaign Templates
Reusable General, Order and Cart content with compatible personalization.
Consent & subscribers
Confirmed newsletter signups, customer preferences and deliberate suppression management.
Start an Event Email with an approved trigger.
| Trigger | Useful context |
|---|---|
| WordPress account registration | The newly registered account and supported recipient choices. |
| WooCommerce order created | The existing current order. |
| Order changes to a selected status | A selected valid status, checked again before sending. |
| Completed-order follow-up | A separate post-purchase message with a configurable three-day starter delay. |
| Questions/help follow-up | Additional assistance after completion, with a five-day starter delay. |
| Review follow-up | A Marketing-protected request with a seven-day starter delay and native-review overlap restrictions. |
| Low stock | Supported product context for an administrator or an explicitly selected custom recipient. |
Write the subject and body, select purpose and format, choose a compatible recipient and delay, then save disabled content while preparing. Duplicated and restored Event Emails stay disabled until deliberately enabled.

Purpose and permission travel with the message.
Use Marketing / engagement for promotional messages, review requests and engagement. These require current Marketing permission, no stronger suppression and the signed unsubscribe path. Review triggers always use those safeguards.

A necessary non-promotional service message can use the explicit Service notification purpose. Staff remain responsible for matching the copy to that choice. Both purposes are part of paid creation; the service selection is not a shortcut around licensing or a content-approval engine.
Recipient rules depend on context: the current customer or user, the site administrator, or one explicitly configured mailbox. Missing context or an invalid address stops the send rather than substituting another recipient.
Keep live activity deliberate.
Enable, disable, duplicate, trash, restore or delete the UEM-owned definition and inspect applicable jobs. These controls do not delete an email definition owned by another plugin or change its source order or account.
Before a delayed send, UEM reloads the relevant object and checks enabled state, current eligibility, purpose, consent, pauses, frequency and access. Repeated pending events receive duplicate checks. Skipped or uncertain work has to be reviewed in the context of its own workflow.
An optional shared Marketing frequency limit coordinates campaigns, Marketing sequence steps, promotional Event Emails and cart reminders. Necessary service messages and source-owned notifications are excluded.
