Explore Gate Manager
Open the interactive workspace and try the controls.
Protect a section in the WordPress editor
- Create an access gate and choose “Only attached protected blocks / shortcodes.”
- Complete its requirement and enable it.
- Insert the Gate Manager Protected Content block, choose the gate and place your private blocks inside.
- Keep the public introduction outside the container and check both permitted and denied visitor views.
A shortcode is also available for classic content and compatible builders. Denied visitors receive a Get access link while the private body stays withheld. Disabling a referenced gate keeps its attached content closed while Gate Manager remains active.
Choose the content boundary
- Whole page
Evaluate the matching access requirements before protected content.
- Selected section
Attach a requirement to a Protected Content block or shortcode.
- Direct files
Use the file owner’s protection for image and document URLs.
Record acceptance of the current policy
Use Recorded policy acceptance for a server-side requirement tied to a policy URL and version. Signed-in visitors can have an acceptance receipt saved to their account. Guests receive browser memory.
Policy versions
Change the policy version when the terms change. Earlier receipts remain in history while visitors accept the current requirement.
Account history
Review the user, gate, version, revision and acceptance time. Export the current history page as CSV.
Retention controls
Choose how long to keep receipts. WordPress personal-data export and erasure include the signed-in account records.

Choose the right policy experience
Policy acknowledgement is a simple browser confirmation. Recorded policy acceptance adds a protected access requirement and optional account receipts. Keep the full policy page reachable before acceptance.
Protected content relies on Gate Manager remaining active and WordPress rendering the request. Files, raw storage paths and upstream cached copies need separate protection.
