Accounts stay in WordPress
Login required
Require any signed-in WordPress account. Visitors can follow the sign-in link and return to the page after logging in.
Role restriction
Allow selected existing WordPress roles. Use the role managed by your dealer, staff or membership tool for the area you want to protect.
Your account tools continue to manage registration, approval and role assignment. Gate Manager uses those roles to decide who can view the protected content.
Access without creating an account
Codes and invitations
Issue labeled access codes or expiring invitation links with use limits. Revoke a credential when access should end.
Email verification
Send a six-digit code, a magic link or both. Allow any eligible inbox, specific addresses or selected domains. Verification grants browser access without creating a login.

Other requirements for protected areas
Scheduled access
Set an opening time, a closing time or both in your WordPress timezone. Use it for a launch, a limited viewing window or time-sensitive content.
Recorded policy acceptance
Require the current policy and keep signed-in account receipts with a version and acceptance time.
Location eligibility
Allow selected countries and regions using your configured location source or visitor selection. Location can be approximate or self-declared.
Put each requirement where it belongs
Protect full matching WordPress pages or only the content inside a Gate Manager Protected Content block or shortcode. When several access gates apply to a page, the visitor must satisfy each one.
Direct image and document URLs need their own access protection. Exclude protected pages from caches that serve content before WordPress runs.
