Labeled access codes
Generate a code or supply your own. Add an expiry and maximum successful uses, then review its status and usage in the inventory.
Magic access links
Create an expiring link with a use limit. Send it through the site’s mail system or copy the one-time result for sharing.
A deliberate final step
Invitation links show a Continue step before redemption, helping ordinary link-preview requests avoid consuming a use.

Review access requests in one place
- Enable access requests on an Access codes & invitations gate.
- A blocked visitor supplies a name, email address and optional message.
- Review the request and approve it with an expiring one-use invitation, or deny it.
- Use the credential inventory to revoke access later when needed.
The request remains in your local review queue even when an email notification is missed. Approval grants Gate Manager access; it does not subscribe the visitor to marketing or approve a business account.

Keep temporary access under control
See active, expired, exhausted and revoked credentials, with labels, use counts and expiration dates. Revoke a credential to withdraw its linked access on the next protected request. An exhausted use count prevents new redemptions; it does not by itself cancel an existing unexpired grant.
Choose how long a successful browser grant lasts. The default is twelve hours; session-only access and shorter or longer periods are also available. Codes and complete invitation links are shown only when created, so store them securely.
