Award the highest reached level
Create a ladder of spend or quantity thresholds, with up to twenty levels. Each level can have its own gift method, number of items, selection and value cap.
| Qualifying merchandise | Reward in an example ladder |
|---|---|
| $50 | One eligible gift worth up to $15. |
| $100 | Two eligible gifts, each worth up to $20. |
At $100 the higher reward replaces the lower one. A customer receives the two higher-level gifts, rather than collecting every level’s reward. An additional minimum-spend condition must still pass when enabled.
Control repeat rewards for a single-level offer
Single-level offers can earn complete qualifying sets. A $50 threshold can be reached twice by $100 of eligible merchandise, while the maximum reward sets per order limits how many sets award gifts.
The configured gift count applies to each allowed set. Two items per set with two allowed sets means four free-item slots. Tiered ladders instead award their highest reached level once.
Set start and end times
Set evaluation order and the promotion’s start and end times.
Enter the offer’s dates in your WordPress site timezone. The start is included and the end marks the point when the offer stops qualifying. Leave the dates open when the promotion should have no time restriction.
Publication, enabled state and schedule work together. A draft stays inactive when its start date arrives; a published but disabled offer stays disabled. The dashboard and promotion list help distinguish upcoming, active and expired offers.
Decide how competing promotions are evaluated
Lower priority numbers are evaluated first. Use exclusive groups for offers intended to compete with one another, or allow stackable offers to coexist under their own conditions.
Priority is your chosen order of evaluation. It does not automatically select whichever gift has the highest retail value.
