Six working areas

Choose Enhanced or Performance presentation
Select the admin presentation and review global eligibility defaults.
Enhanced provides the styled interface, conditional controls, improved product searches and in-place Suite updates. Performance uses the lighter native WordPress presentation and ordinary PHP submissions.
Both views use the same saved promotion rules and server calculations. The Suite’s global Enhanced UI preference can select the native presentation while retaining your Free Gifts & BOGO preference.
Without Suite, the standalone Free Gifts & BOGO menu returns. Native WordPress and WooCommerce editors remain available for their advanced tools.
Move an offer through its lifecycle
- Create a disabled draft and configure the offer.
- Review the qualifying purchases, gifts, public wording and schedule.
- Publish and enable the valid offer when it is ready to run.
- Disable it to stop future qualification, or duplicate it as a separate disabled draft for another campaign.
- Use Trash for retirement. A restored promotion returns as a disabled draft for review.
The list distinguishes active, upcoming, expired, disabled and draft records. Existing order attribution remains available when a promotion is retired.
Preview a saved rule
Try a saved promotion against a sample product, amount, quantity and time.
Choose a saved promotion and enter a sample product, quantity, merchandise amount, coupon state and date. Preview explains whether the rule qualifies, which condition is unmet and which reward level is reached.
Preview leaves carts, stock and orders unchanged. It evaluates that single saved rule; the customer’s live cart still supplies current stock, competing promotions and business eligibility.
Keep edits and permissions clear
Promotion management uses WooCommerce merchant permissions. An older form can be rejected when another save changed the same promotion, helping preserve newer work. Enhanced mode retains rejected input for comparison.
Save before moving away from an editor. After an interrupted write, reopen the record to confirm what was saved before repeating the action.
