Pick the reporting window
Switch between seven-day, 30-day, 90-day and yearly reporting windows.
Choose the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. Reports use the creation date of orders with valid Free Gifts & BOGO attribution in Processing, Completed or On hold status.
The dashboard uses the same reporting system for a compact overview and leading promotions. Recent-order links take you back to the relevant WooCommerce records.
Understand the measures
| Measure | What it tells you |

| Promotion orders | Distinct attributed orders; an order with stacked promotions counts once in the overall total. |
| Gift items issued | Gift quantities recorded on included orders. |
| Promotion-order value | Whole order value less recorded refunds, with a minimum of zero. |
| Average order value | Included net order value divided by the number of orders. |
| Per-promotion value | The full net order value associated with each promotion on that order. |
| Most-used gifts | Products and variations ranked by attributed quantities. |
Read stacked offers and refunds correctly
An order that used two promotions can appear in both promotion rows. Those rows describe association and should not be added together as separate sales.
A partial refund can reduce order value while an issued-gift count remains. Reported order value can include shipping, taxes and fees, while the merchandise amount used to earn the offer excludes them.
These figures describe activity in your orders. They are not a calculation of profit, gift acquisition cost or sales uplift.
Keep large histories usable
Reports cache recent results and bound the order scan. When the available scan is partial, the interface identifies it. Relevant order and refund changes refresh the known reporting periods.
Use the linked order records to investigate details or reconcile a discrepancy. Native WordPress promotion export serves a different purpose from reporting.
