Age confirmation
Ask visitors to declare that they meet your chosen minimum age, from 1 to 120. The 21+ store preset keeps the homepage public.
Content warning
Explain what visitors are about to see and give them clear continue and leave choices.
Policy acknowledgement
Link to the full policy and require a checkbox before the visitor continues. Use recorded policy acceptance when you need account history.
Custom confirmation
Write your own yes/no question with custom button labels and an exit destination.
Visitor routing
Offer up to twenty named destinations, such as retail and wholesale. Visitors choose where they want to go.

Use a shared brand style or give one confirmation its own logo, colors and layout.
Remember the answer on your terms
Ordinary answers use browser-session memory with a configurable inactivity period. The default asks again after sixty minutes without a site click. Set the period to zero to use session memory alone.
You can offer an unchecked “Remember this browser” option. When a visitor selects it, the answer lasts for your chosen fixed period—thirty days by default. Choose No or Leave to clear that gate’s answer and open the exit destination.
Add a “Reset gate choices” link so visitors can review their choices. It leaves their WordPress login and shopping cart alone.
Use a confirmation for a declaration
A confirmation is a visitor’s answer to your question. Age confirmation does not collect an identity document or verify a date of birth. For private pages and sections, choose a login, role, code or another access requirement.
