Unified Email Manager / Features & Licensing
Site emails, contacts and marketing in one licensed workspace.
The current UEM license enables supported site-email management, message creation, contacts, imports, campaigns, follow-ups and cart recovery. Your configured mail transport continues sending the messages.
Site Emails and Marketing & Automation. Active UEM license required. AffStackDev Suite included.

Two workspaces in the current product.
Site Emails
Manage supported source-owned WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin notifications. Discover types and triggers, use available editing/native settings links, apply appropriate pauses, preview/test supported content and review activity.
Marketing & Automation
Create UEM-owned Event Emails, customer follow-up sequences, templates, reviewed newsletters/campaigns, confirmed newsletter signup and eligible abandoned-cart reminders.
The AffStackDev Suite workspace is included with a supported free plugin download or purchase. UEM also works through its standalone menu.

Your mail service remains your mail service.
UEM uses the configured site transport. Hosting, SMTP/API sending service, sender verification, provider quotas and external service charges remain with that connection. WooCommerce is required for the applicable order, purchase, checkout and cart features, not every core workflow.
The active UEM license enables operational features for supported source email and messages created in UEM. Use the workflow that fits the originating email and recipient purpose.
Choose an available software license package from the store listing. External mail-provider plans and charges remain separate.
Saved work stays yours.
If current licensing is unavailable, UEM holds operational access while retaining saved contacts, definitions, templates, audiences, history and consent. Recipients can still unsubscribe. Restore the license before resuming permitted operations.
Routine plugin updates preserve normal configuration without uninstalling or resetting the installation identity. The customer guide explains license checks, temporary outages and the separate stopping rules for each workflow.
