Unified Email Manager / Activity & Analytics
See the attempt. Understand the outcome.
Bring supported email activity, source information and provider feedback into a useful reporting view. Keep local acceptance, delivery and customer actions distinct.

From individual activity to useful summaries.
Activity records individual events from the supported mail path and configured providers. Analytics summarizes those records over the selected period. Use Today, seven, 30 or 90 days, or Custom dates where available, with source, definition and state filters.

Custom ranges include the full first and last day in the WordPress site timezone. Matching counts, pagination and Activity export follow the selected boundaries. One message can produce multiple event rows, so row count is not a unique-recipient or unique-email count.
| Outcome | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Suppressed | A supported UEM pause prevented that send path. |
| Attempted | The supported mail path was invoked. |
| Local accepted / failed / unknown | The local transport reported acceptance or failure, or a reliable terminal result was unavailable. |
| Provider accepted | A configured provider reported acceptance into its system. |
| Delivered / deferred / bounced / rejected / complaint | The connected provider supplied that outcome. |
| Opened / clicked | Supported provider tracking recorded that event. |
Useful reporting without invented certainty.
A local accepted result means the site’s transport reported success. Inbox delivery requires separate evidence. Provider information appears where feedback and correlation are available; an unavailable metric is not displayed as a measured zero.
Historical feedback can remain after a provider is disconnected. Repeated events and out-of-order callbacks are recorded without forcing every message into a simplistic ordered story.
Campaign lifetime totals differ from the current reviewed run. Cart restoration, associated checkout and current paid status also remain separate milestones. UEM does not turn those records into a universal delivery rate or general attributed-revenue report.
Export the selection you need.
Export Activity with the current filters, up to 50,000 rows. The CSV contains event metadata and keyed recipient identities rather than full saved message bodies or attachment contents. Formula-like prefixes are neutralized for safer spreadsheet opening.
Analytics retention defaults to 90 days and can be set to 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Bounded background cleanup removes old rows; a separately confirmed purge deletes analytics, not templates, consent or source-owned orders.
Operational campaign, sequence and recovery progress remains separate from optional analytics history. Clearing a report does not reset duplicate protections, cancelled work or the shared Marketing frequency limit.
Follow the recorded reason.
Skipped
Inspect permission, order eligibility, pauses, expiry and source rules. A deliberate skip can be the correct result.
Unavailable
Check whether the provider is configured to supply that metric and whether correlation information reaches it.
Unknown
Review the affected transport or operation before rescheduling. An interrupted attempt may already have begun.
