Unified Email Manager / Abandoned Carts
Bring shoppers back to the cart they chose to save.
Capture eligible native carts with Marketing permission, send spaced reminders and let the customer explicitly restore available items through normal WooCommerce rules.

Capture starts with a deliberate choice.
Enable recovery, optional signed-in automatic capture and public form placement independently. For signed-in customers, supported cart activity uses existing Marketing permission for the current account email. Adding a product does not create consent.
Guests submit Save cart reminders with an email and an initially unchecked consent box. Typing an address into ordinary checkout alone does not enroll them. Use supported placement alongside native classic/block cart and checkout pages, or place the cart-reminder shortcode outside another form. The customer guide includes placement instructions.
The request discloses shared Marketing permission and retains existing opt-outs and administrative/delivery suppressions. This guest flow captures opt-in; the separate newsletter signup flow provides confirmed subscription.
Set a reminder cadence, not an endless backlog.
Choose the threshold
Inactivity defaults to 60 minutes and can range from one minute to seven days. New cart activity can postpone the next reminder.
Use up to three messages
Select Cart templates and the spacing between later attempts. Subsequent reminders are timed from the actual previous attempt.
Bound the recovery
Expiry and repeat interval default to seven days and range from one to 30 days. Pauses and frequency limits do not extend original expiry.
Pause, resume or cancel an individual cart when appropriate. Stop all recovery disables capture/sending and invalidates old work and links. Re-enabling does not revive the previous backlog.

Restore through the store’s current rules.
Recovery supports public native simple products and variations with whole quantities. Stored references cover products, variations, quantities, coupons and currency—not payment details, checkout addresses, an authenticated login or a guaranteed historical price.
The protected link opens a confirmation page. Opening it alone does not change the cart or sign anyone in. After explicit confirmation, valid saved items are added through current WooCommerce rules while unrelated current items remain.
For the same product or variation, restoration uses the larger of the saved and current quantities rather than adding them together. A saved quantity of two and current quantity of one aims for two; a current quantity of four stays four. Stock, availability, prices and coupon rules are checked at restoration.
A successful or partial restore consumes the link once. Unavailable items and invalid coupons receive explanations. Specialized bundle/add-on payloads, subscription product types, fractional quantities and headless capture are outside the documented recovery scope.
Keep restoration, checkout and payment distinct.
Restoring stops further reminders. A matching submitted checkout also stops recovery before payment is complete, including pending/on-hold orders. A later payment failure or refund does not reopen the old reminders.
The admin view distinguishes watched carts, reminders, restoration, associated orders and current WooCommerce paid state. A restored cart is not automatically a paid order, and a later purchase match is not attributed incremental revenue.
Current permission, identity, order information, cart eligibility, pauses, expiry, frequency and access are rechecked before sending. Uncertain interrupted attempts are not automatically replayed.
