Unified Email Manager / Newsletters & Campaigns
Send to the audience you reviewed.
Choose relevant recipients, prepare your message and inspect eligibility before scheduling. Drafting and audience review do not send a campaign.

Open the interactive workspace and try the controls.
Choose an audience that fits the message.
Build audiences from WordPress users, WooCommerce customer accounts, eligible guest purchasers, confirmed newsletter signups or the supported combined sources. UEM uses the owning records rather than creating duplicate customer accounts for guests.
Refine relevance with available roles, order counts, spend, purchased products, recent purchases, inactivity windows and product/category inclusions and exclusions. Parent categories include descendants. Purchase rules use current eligible orders and unrefunded qualifying items in the current store currency.
An audience rule identifies potential recipients; it does not establish permission. Matching addresses are deduplicated across sources during the campaign review. Current consent and suppression are evaluated separately.

Prepare, review, then authorize.
1. Save the draft
Choose the audience and a General campaign-safe template. Preview the composed message and use an explicit authorized test mailbox.
2. Build recipient review
Prepare the recipient list in background batches. Inspect masked candidates, eligibility decisions and reasons for skipped recipients.
3. Approve the schedule
A completed current review and explicit recipient approval are required. Reviews older than 48 hours or changed audience/template definitions must be rebuilt.
The audience screen’s 25-candidate sample is not the final deduplicated recipient count. Source changes and current eligibility still matter after review; a changed source email is not silently substituted for an approved mailbox.
A scheduled run keeps its reviewed content.
Choose a time in the WordPress site timezone and a sending window. The default window is seven days, configurable from one to 30 days. The run stores its reviewed recipient list, audience recipe and unpersonalized content. Later template edits do not silently rewrite that scheduled message.
Sending defaults to 25 recipients per batch with at least 60 seconds between batches. Available settings allow 1–100 recipients and 60–3,600 seconds between batches. Your provider’s quotas and the site scheduler still govern practical timing.
Near transport, UEM checks current consent, suppression, source eligibility, address identity, pauses, the shared Marketing limit and paid access. A later unsubscribe can stop a reviewed recipient before sending.
See progress and stop deliberately.
Inspect pending, deferred, skipped, accepted, failed and unknown outcomes with reasons and times. Pause holds future work within the original sending window. Cancel stops further sends; it cannot recall a message already handed to the transport.
Interrupted attempts with an uncertain result are not blindly replayed. A completed or cancelled campaign can be deliberately rebuilt as a new reviewed run, which may contact the same audience again. Use a distinct draft for a distinct newsletter issue.
Campaign lifetime analytics and the current run’s recipient review answer different questions. Reporting makes that history available without treating every event row as a unique person or delivered message.
