An editor for real messages.
Campaign Templates and Event Emails share suitable writing tools. Enhanced mode uses the WordPress rich-text editor and media picker where available. Standard mode retains normal textareas and forms, so writing an email does not depend on a visual automation builder.

The starter library organizes general messages, post-purchase communication, customer care, reviews/customer photos, cart recovery, newsletters, win-back and promotions. Subscription/membership copy is also categorized for reuse; lifecycle automation still depends on the actual supported trigger connections.
General content
Use supported site and recipient values such as site name, first/display name, account/shop destinations, support contact and unsubscribe destination.
Order-aware content
Add supported order number, date, status, total, items and order links, qualifying product/review destinations and an optional Google-review block.
Cart content
Use the cart summary and recovery destination for an eligible reminder. Recovery preview/test actions use disabled customer-action destinations.
Build an email from reusable pieces.
Insert headings and text, images and captions, buttons, selected public WooCommerce products, published public WordPress articles and saved reusable sections. A product or article block can contain up to 12 eligible items. Up to 20 reusable sections can be saved, alongside branding for a name, logo and footer.

Pickers respect eligible public content; hidden or private material does not become public because a variation or identifier was entered. Product links lead to the current product page rather than promising a stale checkout price in the email.
Inserted content becomes part of the saved editable message. Changing a source article, product, reusable section or branding preference does not silently rewrite previously saved emails.
Personalization without guessing.
The editor validates supported double-brace tokens against the message context. A General newsletter does not have one authoritative order for every recipient, so order-only values belong in the matching order workflow. Unknown or incompatible tokens are rejected.

Sender name/address overrides still pass through the site’s normal mail pipeline and its domain restrictions. Use a sender your transport accepts, check image and link destinations, and preview the composed result.
Order previews can contain personal purchase information. Use context your staff are allowed to inspect and send tests only to authorized mailboxes.
Keep your edits—and protect connected work.
Starters use stable identities. Editing or deleting one does not cause an ordinary visit or update to silently restore its original copy. A Draft starter is prepared content, not a live send.
Templates referenced by campaigns or sequences have relationship checks. A campaign-used template cannot simply become an incompatible order-only message. Before deleting or changing connected content, review the workflows that use it.
Scheduled campaigns retain the reviewed message for that run. Sequence steps read saved template wording when they send, so an intentional wording correction can affect an upcoming step. These are different, useful content-continuity rules.
