Explore Unified Email Manager
Open the interactive workspace and try the controls.
Start with the emails your site already sends.
Order updates, account notices and extension emails are easier to manage when you can see their source, trigger and available controls together. Site Emails gives you a central inventory with supported editing, temporary pauses, safe previews and activity reporting. The owning platform keeps its settings and business records.

Know what sends what
Find the system behind a notification, see whether it is enabled or paused, and follow its native settings when deeper editing belongs there.
Pause with purpose
Stop supported non-critical email for a set time or until you resume. Keep protected account and recovery messages separate from ordinary notification pauses.
Review the result
Inspect local sending activity and available provider outcomes. Filter the records you need, then export Activity for your own review.
Go beyond notifications with Marketing & Automation.
The current license includes UEM’s supported email-creation and automation workflows. Create an event message, coordinate a sequence, review a newsletter audience or remind an eligible shopper about an abandoned cart. Imports, contacts and job history help you manage the work.
Event Emails
Create an additional message after a supported account or store event, with a suitable recipient, purpose and delay.
Customer follow-ups
Build spaced product tips, help, review and photo/check-in messages around qualifying customers and orders.
Newsletters & campaigns
Choose an audience, prepare the content, inspect the recipients and authorize a scheduled send.
Abandoned carts
Offer consent-based reminders and protected restoration for eligible native simple-product and variation carts.
Templates & personalization
Write with supported customer, order or cart information. Insert public products, articles, buttons and reusable sections.
Consent & subscribers
Collect confirmed newsletter signups, manage customer preferences and preserve stronger suppression decisions.
A familiar workspace, not another mail service.
Use the standard PHP interface or optional enhanced navigation with WordPress rich text and media. With a compatible AffStackDev Suite active, UEM joins the shared menu and dashboard. It also has its own standalone menu.
Your configured host, SMTP plugin or API mail connection still submits the messages. UEM organizes supported controls and workflows around it; provider feedback adds the outcomes that service actually reports.
Choose the right tool for the message.
| Your task | The UEM workflow |
|---|---|
| Adjust an existing order or account email | Site Emails |
| Add one message after an approved event | Event Emails in Marketing & Automation |
| Coordinate several customer/order follow-ups | Sequences in Marketing & Automation |
| Send a newsletter to a reviewed audience | Newsletters & Campaigns |
| Remind an eligible shopper about a saved cart | Abandoned Carts |
Questions before you start?
Do I have to replace my SMTP plugin?
No. UEM uses your existing supported mail pipeline. Sending credentials, sender-domain restrictions and provider limits remain with that connection.
Can I edit existing WooCommerce emails?
The current product requires an active UEM license for its operational features, including supported site-email controls and the messages you create. Stored work and unsubscribe protections remain when licensing needs recovery.
Can I use it without WooCommerce?
Yes, for core management and applicable WordPress and newsletter-subscriber workflows. Order follow-ups, purchase audiences, checkout consent and cart recovery need the relevant WooCommerce functionality.
