License timing and renewal

Single Site begins its one-year term when the paid order is fulfilled and the key is issued. For multi-license packages, each included license must be activated within 12 months of purchase and runs for one year from first activation. Renewals use the then-current price unless the original purchase expressly states otherwise.

License expiry or an entitlement hold preserves partner records, financial history and recovery information. Current permission is required for new value-changing work. Renew or recover the license to restore the permitted operations, protected downloads, updates and support.

Support, refunds, and product resources

Purchases include access to the product documentation and support during the active license term. The original product purchase has a 90-day full-refund window under the published Refund Policy and applicable law. Renewal charges are not covered by that 90-day guarantee.

Requires WordPress 6.9 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and WooCommerce 10.0 or newer. Compatible with HPOS and classic or block checkout. WooCommerce remains authoritative for products, carts, checkout, orders, customers, coupons, and refunds.
