AffiliPartnerCS / Partner Dashboard

Give partners a clear view of the relationship.

A familiar store login opens a workspace for approved programs, performance, commission history, payouts, marketing resources, and communication—without exposing your customers’ private order information.

One store account

Normal login. Partner-specific access.

Partners use ordinary WordPress and WooCommerce credentials. Their workspace opens in My Account, normally in the partner-pricing section. A signed-in customer still needs a current membership in the right partner organization.

Supported Affiliate Login and Signup routes lead to the existing store login and current application. Successful partner-entry login opens the AffiliPartnerCS account section; ordinary customer login outside that path keeps its normal behavior.

Shopper verification is not partner management.

A community member admitted to shopping discounts does not gain partner-dashboard access. An unlinked account sees an explanation and application route rather than a blank dashboard.

Performance with context

Know which activity became an order—and which earnings can be paid.

The last 7, 30, and 90 days and a 12-month view put the relationship in context. Enabled-program views distinguish verified visits, unverified landings, actual click-backs, affiliate activity, orders, merchandise sales, customer savings, commissions, conversion, and destinations.

A visitor is a browser-attribution observation, not proof of a unique person. Repeat-refresh controls limit inflated counts, but browsers, cookies, and privacy tools still affect measurement.

In this example, the selected 30-day period shows one attributed order, $329.80 in sales and $26.38 in partner commissions. The public/social coupon panel shows $58.20 in customer savings.

Financial clarity

Pending commission is not the same as a payout.

Commission history

Filter paginated history by source, state, and date. Understand what is awaiting fulfillment, within its adjustment hold, final for payout, paid, or voided.

Method and timing

See the applicable method, minimum, next scheduled opportunity, unbatched balance, fees, bonus, currency, and settlement references. Changing a preference affects future quoted batches, not a frozen recipient.

Private customer data stays private

Ask questions using partner-safe commission references. The portal does not expose customer names, billing emails, shipping addresses, private order numbers, or merchant order-edit links.

A smaller balance carries forward.

The example’s $128.63 final balance is below a $200 payout minimum and is not paid yet. Its earlier $264.21 payment came from older earnings. Current commission on hold is a third, separate amount.

Marketing tools

Create useful links and find the campaigns that contribute.

With an enabled affiliate program and operational relationship, partners can create immediate links or save reusable links with a label, destination, campaign, sub-ID, optional creative, and enabled state. Destinations can include eligible products, categories, articles, and landing pages on your store.

Enabled creative resources can be images, banners, text, documents, or other approved assets. Reports distinguish campaigns, placements, creatives, links, and destinations. Disabling a saved link or creative does not erase earlier conversions.

QR previews are optional and off by default. When enabled, the external renderer receives the generated link and requested image size. Public referral codes identify marketing activity; they do not authenticate a community member or unlock the account.

Optional organization teams

The right access for the people doing the work.

Partner rolePortal responsibilities
OwnerReporting, team, profile, payouts, tax, marketing, messages, and financial disputes.
AdministratorOperational portal permissions without replacing the primary ownership record.
FinanceReporting, payout/tax management, messages, and financial disputes.
MarketingReporting, marketing tools, and general messages; not payout or tax changes.
AnalystReporting and general messages, without management or financial-dispute authority.

Additional seats are disabled until enabled for the organization. Seat requests remain pending until merchant approval, and cannot transfer ownership or grant access to several organizations at once. Removing a seat removes organization access—not the user’s WordPress account or historical actions.

Requests and conversations

Keep changes attached to the relationship.

Reviewed profile changes

Propose updates to the public name, home/login links, logo, description, and an explanatory message. The merchant reviews old and proposed values. This is not direct permission to change rates or secrets.

Messages and disputes

General questions, integration support, and commission/payout disputes keep their own thread state. Financial disputes require a permitted role and a reference belonging to the organization.

Clear lifecycle limits

Suspended and terminated partners retain permitted historical views, but cannot make new profile, payout, tax, team, marketing, message, or dispute changes. Resolving a thread does not alter money.

Profile requests initially have a 90-day wait after approval and one pending request at a time. Merchants can configure or disable requests. Normal server-rendered operation remains available when portal enhancement is off.

Optional Store Credit

Receive account value, then decide when to spend it.

When the merchant offers a compatible Store Credit method, an authorized partner user can select it. Selection does not issue value immediately or bypass holds, minimums, tax status, or review. Credit goes to the verified store account captured for the organization—not whoever presses the button.

Confirmed account credit can be spent across eligible orders under the credit product’s rules. Apply/Remove controls do not auto-spend it simply because a payout was earned. Available, reserved, and consumed credit stay under Store Credit’s ownership, and spending or refund restoration does not create another partner payout.
