The AffiliPartnerCS–Store Credit integration is complete. Offer eligible partners a credit payout option rather than treating an earned commission as an unrelated one-use discount. The connected workflow preserves the relationship between the payout and the issued balance.
AffiliPartnerCS owns the payout
The partner relationship, commission liability, beneficiary, frozen payout terms and commission closure remain in AffiliPartnerCS.
Store Credit owns the value
Issued instruments, available/reserved credit, redemption and subsequent adjustments remain in Store Credit.
Shared references—not duplicate balances
A confirmed issuance is linked back to the payout. Recovery follows the same reference rather than issuing again.
Use compatible enabled versions of both products and the selected AffiliPartnerCS approval policy. Choosing Store Credit as a method does not bypass account ownership, commission maturity, payout minimums or the applicable financial checks. The credit goes to the linked beneficiary—not whichever staff or team member clicks the action.
Partners can deliberately spend their issued account credit across eligible orders. Later shopping redemption or a refund of a credit-funded order does not settle the original commission a second time.
Customer referrals / separate program
Use the integration without turning shoppers into affiliates.
The dedicated Refer a Friend processor is a different flow from professional commission payouts. Store Credit provides standalone processing or fulfillment for the compatible AffiliPartnerCS customer-referral processor. The consumer benefits remain fixed, independently configured rewards with their own qualifying terms.
There is no professional affiliate enrollment, business onboarding or inherited cash-payout threshold for the referring shopper. Store Credit retains the referral journal and every issued balance in either mode. Existing obligations remain pinned to their original provider.
Free Gifts & BOGO
Respect each offer’s own rules.
The companion exposes identifiable promotion and reward facts so referral qualification and reward spending can evaluate supported combinations. Store Credit does not edit the freebie engine, reprice its protected free reward lines or turn reward value into spendable credit.
Store Credit uses WooCommerce’s applied-coupon interface, but Free Gifts & BOGO recognizes store credit and gift cards as payment. Applying them does not reduce eligible spending or trigger a no-coupon restriction. Ordinary coupons and the immediate Refer a Friend discount follow the promotion’s coupon policy. After-discount merchandise thresholds must not be inflated with shipping credit, taxes, fees or zero-value gifts. Credit-sale products remain protected from circular value creation.
AffStackDev Suite
One organized workspace, included free.
Open Store Credit alongside supported AffStackDev products, with a dedicated destination and a read-only dashboard summary. The free Suite is included with a supported free or paid plugin download or purchase. This shared presentation does not move settings or balances into a second system.
Enhanced navigation is optional. A compatible Suite’s global disable takes precedence; local PHP screens remain the operating foundation. Without the Suite, this documented Store Credit edition has its own admin menu.
WooCommerce and other services
Use the native foundations where they fit.
WooCommerce owns products, cart calculation, orders, refunds, email settings and the payment gateway for any remainder. Store Credit supplies its normal issuance email. A separate email manager may discover registered Woo emails, but this edition does not promise a special Unified Email Manager adapter or its delivery analytics.
The supported manual Woo Subscriptions renewal path is deliberately narrow. Other checkout, tax or pricing extensions need their own compatibility review. Local integration contracts are not a remote wallet, cross-site transfer service or public balance endpoint.
AffiliPartnerCS can settle approved partner earnings as Store Credit. Store Credit manages the issued balance and its later use. See Documentation for the guide editions and integration update.
