Credit management
A reusable instrument with an accountable history.
Account or email ownership
Assign credit to a registered customer or a specific email recipient. A code alone does not transfer ownership.
Review before issuance
Set the value, reason, expiry, combination policy and restrictions, review the result, then confirm.
Find the right credit
Search and filter the Credits list by status, source and dates. Open the balance details, history, linked order or native coupon.
Reasoned adjustments
Correct an available balance with a recorded reason. Existing transaction history is not rewritten, and negative available value is refused.
Resend, not reissue
Send the same funded credit again when a notification needs attention. Delivery handling stays separate from value creation.
Preserve financial records
Expire, revoke or archive only within the operation’s rules. Archive requires no available or reserved value; normal removal retains records.
Selling and gifting
Choose how customers buy value.

Use purchaser-only, optional gifting or required-recipient products. Set messages, expiry intervals, quantity limits and redemption rules. Each purchased unit becomes a separate instrument after the required paid state. Credit cannot buy credit, and ordinary coupons cannot reduce a credit-sale line.

My Account visibility
Customers see their own credit, expiry and recent use. Private staff notes and other customers’ records stay out of the account view.
Optional Apply / Remove
Account owners select the credit they want to use. Emailed recipients can still enter their code under the matching-email rules.
Classic and Blocks
Supported Classic and Cart/Checkout Blocks integrations use normal WooCommerce totals and the store’s configured gateway for the remainder.
Multiple instruments can combine when enabled, up to the supported reservation limit. Product/category restrictions, expiry, currency and native coupon vetoes continue to apply. A displayed balance does not guarantee that every charge in the basket is eligible.
Customer referrals
Give each person the right benefit.
Run one dedicated consumer program with personal share links, accepted invitations, first-purchase qualification, a waiting period and a separate reward journal. Set independent fixed benefits for the friend and the referring customer. The friend can receive an immediate first-purchase discount or post-purchase credit.
Configure three separate offer policies: earning the referral reward, spending the friend’s credit and spending the referrer’s credit. Supported categories include Woo coupons, catalog sale prices, existing credit sources, Free Gifts & BOGO, AffiliPartnerCS and facts from registered adapters. Choose all, none, only selected or all except selected.
Integration and oversight
Connect products without creating competing balances.
AffiliPartnerCS payouts
Use the completed connection to settle eligible partner earnings as account-bound Store Credit. Commission records remain with AffiliPartnerCS.
Tax and shipping choices
Choose supported tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive credit budgets, with optional remaining-value shipping coverage. Rules are saved per credit.
Refund control
Restore eligible consumed credit through its order history. Partial refunds need an explicit decision rather than blindly refunding both cash and credit.
Manual subscription renewals
Support a deliberate credit application to an existing unpaid manual renewal with the compatible Woo Subscriptions flow—not automatic renewals.
Reports and diagnostics
Separate current available/reserved value from period activity. Use bounded, read-only reconciliation and WordPress Site Health.
Free shared workspace
Open supported products in AffStackDev Suite, included free with a supported plugin download or purchase. Core credit records stay with Store Credit.
What this product is not
Clear limits before you choose.
Includes scheduled gift email delivery, recipient claiming, separate balance views and supported merchant CSV operations. Review the current guide for each workflow’s requirements. Cross-store wallets, automatic currency conversion and universal third-party checkout compatibility are outside the product’s supported scope.
Refer a Friend uses positive fixed benefits, not percentage commissions or multi-level rewards. The software includes limited WordPress privacy export/erasure support with financial history retained—not a blanket compliance certification.
