Optional dependencies
Enable only what the program needs.
Affiliate links and public coupons
Do not require a connected community platform. Operational partner/plan and native coupon requirements still apply.
Member verification
Requires an appropriate server add-on or supported managed Discourse path, HTTPS, the correct secure store origin, and safe callback handling.
Subscription commission
Uses WooCommerce Subscriptions. Choose deliberate initial and renewal policies rather than assuming lifetime recurring commission.
Provider payments
PayPal and Stripe require usable provider accounts, credentials, supported currencies, readiness, and review. Account/provider availability remains with the provider.
Store Credit settlement
Requires compatible AffStackDev Store Credit services. If the service is disabled or cannot verify issuance, new credit settlement is unavailable; payout history remains readable.
Hosted tax, teams, QR, and business events
These have separate settings and service requirements. A missing optional connection does not disable unrelated program functions.
Working interfaces
PHP remains the functional baseline.
The merchant interface supports ordinary page reloads and server-processed forms. Optional enhancement adds navigation and presentation conveniences, with fallback to standard loading where appropriate. Turning it off does not remove settings, approvals, reporting, or financial controls.
With a compatible AffStackDev Suite, product screens open in the shared workspace and global enhancement settings take priority for merchant operation. The partner portal has its own enhancement setting and can let the active WooCommerce theme control more of its appearance.
Compact section selection and contained wide tables adapt the merchant interface to narrow spaces, including Desktop Site mode on a phone.
Ownership and setup
Existing pages and data stay under their original owners.
Assign existing public program/member-pricing pages or explicitly create missing drafts. Blocks are the normal public components; supported legacy shortcodes remain available. Assigning a page does not transfer its editorial ownership to the plugin.
WooCommerce continues to own product prices, coupons, carts, taxes, shipping, payment processing, orders, refunds, and customer accounts. AffStackDev Suite handles shared presentation. Store Credit, when installed, owns spendable credit. AffiliPartnerCS owns the partner relationship and its commission/payout record.

Move and maintain deliberately
Preserve credentials and payment references together.
Keep WordPress secret material, encrypted integration values, database backups, public domain configuration, and provider references aligned during a move. Changing secrets or deployment context can make stored credentials unreadable and require re-entry. The public merchant-address setting chooses a secure origin; it is not a WordPress migration tool.
System Status and read-only Diagnostics help inspect versions, routes, encryption, optional services, scheduled work, and record relationships. Deactivation preserves data. Safe Repair, sample removal, Factory Reset, and uninstall deletion are different operations with different consequences.
The translation catalog and documented integration resources support localization and developer work. They do not by themselves promise that every website language or third-party connector is already installed.
