AffStackDev Support Desk adds contact, warranty-registration and quote-request forms to your WordPress pages using shortcodes or page mapping. Requests are saved privately before notification emails are attempted, keeping the submitted details available for follow-up. Enable the optional corner contact bubble for easy access to your form and live chat. New chats require staff to go online in the Requests workspace; when offline, visitors can use the enabled contact form. Useful for online stores, service businesses, manufacturers handling warranty registrations, and small support teams.
Keep your team and every request organized
Assign requests to staff, move them through New, In progress, Waiting on customer, Resolved and Closed, and add private notes that customers cannot see. Review the message and recent history with Quick view, then organize work with custom folders, search, filters and Inbox, Archive, Spam and Trash views. Bulk controls help file, archive, mark spam or move selected requests to Trash; restoration and confirmed permanent deletion are available. Staff can reply by live chat or send branded email replies from the request workspace. Customize staff notifications and customer acknowledgements, preview and test emails, and review saved message snapshots and separate send outcomes. Incoming customer email replies stay in your support mailbox. Email delivery depends on your configured WordPress mail setup.
Match your brand and control unwanted submissions
Use your site logo or a custom logo, brand name and shared colors, with a live branding preview. Edit form headings, labels, help text, placeholders, optional-field visibility, field order, widths, columns and spacing, plus email branding and the bubble's labels, corner position and availability wording. Built-in checkbox and arithmetic verification works without external accounts or keys. Content filters, editable spam phrases, timing checks and submission limits help reduce unwanted messages; block exact email addresses, email domains or recorded connections. Cloudflare Turnstile is optional and requires its own keys. With WooCommerce, contact-form order references can be checked against order records and billing emails. Requires WordPress 6.5+, PHP 7.4+ and an active Support Desk license. It runs standalone, with optional AffStackDev Suite and Theme Manager integrations.
