AffStackDev / Accessibility

AffStackDev should work for everyone.

We want our website, store, customer accounts, documentation, and support content to be usable with common browsers, devices, keyboards, and assistive technologies.

Our accessibility goal

We design and review AffStackDev around the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page, document, or third-party component is perfect.

What you should be able to do

  • Navigate menus, forms, carts, checkout, and account controls with a keyboard
  • See a clear focus indicator as you move through interactive controls
  • Zoom and reflow content without losing important information or actions
  • Understand headings, links, buttons, instructions, validation, and error messages
  • Use meaningful images with alternative text and meaningful media with captions, transcripts, or another equivalent when available
  • Read content with sufficient contrast and without relying on color alone

Third-party services

WooCommerce, payment services, embedded media, consent tools, and other integrations can affect accessibility. When a third-party limitation blocks an important customer task, contact us and we will help you find another path where one is available.

Report a barrier

Tell us which page or task caused trouble, what you expected to happen, and the browser or assistive technology you were using when relevant. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, license secrets, or unrelated personal information.

We review confirmed barriers based on their severity and customer impact, and we revisit accessibility when navigation, templates, checkout, account flows, documents, or integrations change.
