AffStackDev / Terms of Service

Terms of Service.

These terms cover your use of the AffStackDev website, store, account, purchases, downloads, and support services. Any additional license terms supplied with a product also apply to that product.

Pre-launch legal review required: confirm the contracting legal entity, business address, governing law, dispute process, warranty language, liability limits, final product-license model, and regional consumer-law requirements before publishing these terms.

Agreement and scope

By using affstackdev.com, creating an account, placing an order, or requesting support, a user agrees to the terms presented for that activity. If a person acts for an organization, that person represents that they are authorized to bind the organization. Product pages, written quotes, checkout disclosures, order confirmations, and product-specific license terms form part of the applicable agreement.

Accounts and account security

Customers must provide accurate account and order information, protect sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared or transferred in a way that defeats a purchased user, site, or organization limit.

Orders, pricing, and taxes

Prices, billing periods, included sites, and included services are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes may be calculated by the store or its providers. An order is accepted only when payment is authorized and AffStackDev issues an order confirmation. Obvious pricing or configuration errors may be corrected before fulfillment, with notice and an opportunity to cancel where required.

Software delivery, licenses, and updates

Software is licensed, not sold. The applicable product page and software license terms define permitted installations, users, organizations, staging or local environments, transfer rights, update access, support term, and renewal behavior. A purchase does not transfer AffStackDev source ownership, trademarks, documentation ownership, or rights beyond the stated license.

Support and customer responsibilities

Support scope and response channels are described at purchase and in the Support Center. Customers remain responsible for their hosting, WordPress administration, backups, security controls, legal compliance, third-party services, configuration decisions, and testing changes before production use.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the website, store, accounts, downloads, update services, support channels, or software to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass access or license controls, attack systems, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with other users.

Third-party services

WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, payment, tax, email, community, payout, and other integrations are operated by third parties under their own terms. AffStackDev does not control their continued availability, policies, pricing, or compatibility. Product documentation identifies relevant boundaries and merchant-controlled integrations.

Intellectual property and feedback

AffStackDev and its licensors retain their software, website, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property. WordPress and WooCommerce names and marks belong to their respective owners. Feedback may be used to improve products without transferring a customer’s confidential information or pre-existing intellectual property.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security risk, payment failure, legal requirements, or material breach. Termination does not erase payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, dispute, or other obligations that by their nature survive.

Disclaimers, liability, and mandatory rights

Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, exclusions, remedies, and jurisdiction-specific consumer protections must be reviewed and stated before launch. Nothing in these terms should exclude a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Changes and contact

Material changes should be dated and communicated as required. Questions about these terms can be submitted through the AffStackDev Contact page.
